  BTW, my experience of the kangaroo court system I have posted before under the handle of D. Wiltshire back about 18 years ago, and it ain't nothing benign like the attorney for the Watchtower tells this judge. All recording of proceeding are in secret and no recordings or legal representation is allowed.

  i had this article pop up about the darksilver case.

  it says a federal magistrate in san francisco has now ruled that darksilver can remain anonymous but then it says except for identification to lawyers for the religion’s watchtower publication.

  This WT lawyer sure is cherry picking facts and indulging in wishful thinking starting at 12:25 in the recording when he tells the judge that only after repeated tries to correct an errant sinner are they DF'd and that the basic in house judicial process is to restore and not to DF.

  How could this guy lie so straight faced to the judge what a utter bunch of bull shit he handed the judge, and I think this could be used against the WT in the very near future.

  Well I sure hope the court will impose some big penalties if the WT lawyers reveal the identity of DS to the governing assholes. I'm sure the penalty will be severe what ever it is.

  If DS get's DF'd I'm sure she can win in a lawsuit!!! Boy the Governing Boobie must be shitting in their pants over this whole court order. I'm sure legal will not divulge and if the GB by some other means finds a way to DF her,,, that this will cause a great concern in the legal department(whistleblower lawsuits) and the GB will no longer have their cooperation sabotaging their whole survival.

  Well I think we can officially say that the Watchtower corporation is in a liquidating phase of their 140th+ years of doing business, you can only cry wolf for so long eventually nobody wants to hear or read their way behind the times worthless bull shit. They are losing their grip with reality, and have only old senile men making all the financial decisions. So I don't think they will do anything useful with what they now have on hand, so expect blunders.

  I would be very surprised if those in control of the money know what to do with it to keep the corporation alive for very long. Being so in denial and full of wishful thinking expect a lot of vulnerability and grasping at quick fixes and straw. Not to mention their tremendous worry about multiplying child abuse lawsuits around the world, crack downs on the extremism by Russia, I would say these guys plates are full. And look at tight pant Tony buying shit loads of booze for him and his wife Max who paid for that? I'm sure he's not the only one on that illustrious Govern' Boobies.

  An other thing is that Christian fundamentalism shrinks the brain (worry thought loops driven by guilt and a sin complex)a very good way to cause depression. Don't look to the Watchtower mind control cult to give any good ways to treat it that don't conflict with their self interest. They are a very self serving source of propaganda. They are after all Jehovah's earthly organ--izations and members need to suck it to keep him happy.

  let face it the watchtower's reputation is in the crapper which only increases chances for it to be sued for all kinds of things, societies awareness of emotional harm has greatly increased over the last couple of decades.

  this makes the wt corporation legal system of secret kangaroo courts where they can summon it's members to a tribunal made up of brainwashed lackeys suffering from serious psychological disorders due to years or indoctrination designed by its leaders who also have serious issues with compartmentalization.. i think all the evidence is there on the internet just how sick these members of the governing body are, their denial of facts, their extremism it's all on the net.

  think lawsuit are on the rise for these guys if not some prison time.. denmark for sure and i'm sure many other countries in the future will make it easier and easier to collect damages till their money runs completely out..

  How about someone who goes to a lawyer and finds out all the right things to do to when summoned to a JW Kangaroo Court Session to be tried by a heavily biased bunch of assholes who allow no legal representation present and forbid any recording devises. I'm sure there are a whole bunch of things they are in violation of in the basic human rights guaranteed by what ever particular government one is under.

  I'm sure some body see's the poetic justice in such a move and the tremendous potential this type of legally getting ready to sue the pants of these bastards. I don't think religion is so sacrosanct anymore, and many are getting called out on their very bad behavior while hiding behind the bible said this or that so we can do this or that.
